Group Exercise

Group fitness is included with membership* and gives you the benefit of working out in an environment that is social and fun as well as safe and effective with the guidance of an experienced instructor. GROUP CLASSES include Abs, Barre, Power Sculpt, TRX, XBIKE, Pilates and Yoga.
