Kristen grew up in New Castle, Delaware, a small town with lots to offer. She fell in love with soccer at an early age and in fact, still plays today. In addition to her love of “European Football,” Kristen enjoys hiking with her pup, yoga, always being surrounded by nature and almost anything that keeps her active.
Her passion for staying active lead her to pursue an education at the University of Delaware where she graduated with a degree in Behavioral Health Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning and Health, Physical Activity and Disability.
However, Kristen didn’t stop there! She is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified TRX Instructor and is trained in First Aid/CPR/AED!
While one of her specialties is high-intensity training, Kristen is adamant that to achieve any fitness goal it’s important to learn proper form before anything else. In addition to that, Kristen feels that eating healthy “most of the time,” is a great way to stay on track and allows you to really enjoy and taste your food on a cheat meal day.

Tuesday- 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
Wednesday- 6:00 pm
