What to Expect
The Matrix Abs class is a 30-minute routine of intense core exercises. We help build frontal abs by focusing in on key exercises to target the area. We also incorporate other techniques to work the surrounding core muscles, this includes back muscles and the smaller stabilizing muscles located on the sides of the body.
At Matrix Fitness and Spa, we try to offer our clients a full ab workout when they walk through the door. Building your core muscles will help you achieve better posture, mobility, and overall function throughout your day-to-day life. Come in today to try it out!
