Matt Rothing
Personal Trainer
Matt is an extremely enthusiastic trainer who has worked with
clients from the ages of 13-75. He has over three years of
professional training experience. Growing up in the Chicago
area, Matt developed his passion for fitness in junior high,
where he began playing organized sports. His love of sports
continued in high school where he was a three-sport athlete.
Matt continued his education at Northern Arizona University
where he earned a BS in Health Sciences with an emphasis in
community health. Matt knew that the obesity rate in the US
has grown significantly over the past decade, so he wanted to
help on an individual level. He earned his personal training
certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine
shortly after finishing college. “Helping people become more fit
is an extremely rewarding job. Watching a client’s confidence
grow as they get in better shape makes me feel good.”
Matt still enjoys playing basketball, as well as many of the
outdoor activities that Denver has to offer. He is well versed in
many different training styles and has worded with a broad
range of clients from athletes to the elderly. He is very
approachable, so if you have any questions, don’t be afraid to
ask.
