It wasn’t until four years ago when he weighted 260 pounds with a 44 inch waist that he decided to change his lifestyle. At that time he undertook a rigorous fitness and nutrition program losing a total of 65 pounds and becoming certified as a Personal Trainer. Since then he has helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals. Lamar understands the road to fitness can be a long journey and he takes great pride in being your guide.
