I believe that we can change any part of out lives by taking care
of ourselves with proper nutrition and activity. To be fit
mentally and emotionally, we must nourish ourselves physically
by taking pride in our bodies. Growing up, I played every sport
one can imagine, and by high school became addicted to
running and basketball. By college, I had started to try different
workouts, and nutrition plans to see what would create the
most benefit, and applied my knowledge to my own triathlon
training. I believe in positivity, and how contagious it can be. I
believe in making your workouts entertaining, fast-paced, and
rewarding. I believe there is no greater feeling than achieving
your goals, and no better way to go about achieving them than
putting your body, mind, and soul through unique personalized
workouts.
I hold a B.A degree from Saint Mary’s College of California, and
am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy
of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified Holistic Lifestyle
Coach through the CHEK Institute focusing on holistic nutrition
and lifestyle changes. I love creating challenging unique workouts
aimed directly at accomplishing your goals, combined with
a personalized holistic nutrition plan created based on your
metabolic type. I believe in never missing an opportunity to
better yourself as an individual, and that you should never settle
for anything less than the very best. Make the decision to be
healthy, successful, and positive, and I will make sure we do not
