Guilty

I know I have written about this in the past but it has reared its head again. The issue of how life can get in the way of working out. It could be anything from traffic, time, to work. Last night I had a deadline for a big proposal that involved several people I work with. There was NO way I could make the 5:30 Boot Camp class with Kate I had been looking forward to. I have to say it ruined my last 24 hours, due to guilt. I know there will be times I cannot do the planned workouts, or attend a dinner that I cannot choose my meal. I apologize readers for the “self-help” blog! I am the type of person that is all on or all off. Right now I am all on. My challenge is to make this a lifestyle change not an obsessive/complusive issue. I didn’t make the workout, so what. I have eaten perfect for the last 24 hours and heading out for my training with Kate where I plan to give it more that 100%. Hopefully, I can find the healthy balance of priorities even if it involves missing a workout once in awhile….
